New product enhancements focus on easier installation, streamlined serviceability and advanced contractor controls

Burr Ridge, Ill. – [September 30, 2026] – Weil-McLain^®, a leading North American brand of hydronic comfort heating systems, has introduced a series of enhancements across its high-efficiency condensing boiler portfolio with updates to the ECO Tec^® and Evergreen^® Pro product families designed to simplify installation, improve serviceability and enhance contractor usability.

The latest updates include the introduction of the new ECO Tec Series 3 and Evergreen Pro Series 2 units, both featuring contractor-focused design and control enhancements intended to help professionals work more efficiently while delivering reliable, energy-efficient heating performance for residential and light commercial applications.

The ECO Tec Series 3 introduces several updates aimed at simplifying installation and improving maintenance workflows. Enhancements include a smaller and lighter cabinet design, a reduced-weight removable front door, optimized top gas pipe connections and an optional taller pedestal designed to improve service access. Additional upgrades include standardized intake adapters and backwards-compatible service components shared across multiple Weil-McLain product platforms, as well as a clip-on sensor design that allows sensor replacement without draining the boiler to help reduce service time in the field.

Meanwhile, the new Evergreen Pro Series 2 introduces the Weil-McLain Unity ^® 2.0 boiler control platform with an intuitive touchscreen display and guided setup capabilities to streamline startup and operation. The updated platform also brings commercial-grade controls to residential and light commercial applications while supporting advanced system functionality for contractors and technicians.

Additional Evergreen Pro Series 2 features include multiple boiler sequencing, advanced zoning functionality, and compatibility with the Weil-McLain ProTools^® App for Bluetooth^®-enabled diagnostics, operational trending, and software updates, as well as “clone-to-phone” capability to quickly and consistently copy and download settings between boilers—whether in the same mechanical room or across town.

Together, these functions help contractors reduce setup complexity while supporting more efficient multi-boiler operations across a range of environments.
